thank you for staying with us at the Grosvenor. Your business is greatly appreciated. We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty with our stairs. Simon's Town is built on a mountain side so most of our properties have stairs. It is always a good idea to request a room with as few stairs as possible next time you book in Simon's Town.. We have done a check on all our showers and all our nozzles ....thank you for informing us of that. We pride ourselves in our breakfasts (see tripadvisor) and I have informed my staff as to your comment .
