Yes, when we say ocean views, we really mean it. Our favorite thing about False Bay is that each day the view is new and different, with the shifting hues of the water and interesting cloud formations. It is quite magical. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay.

Perhaps we will have an opportunity to host you again so that you can take advantage of that room's spaciousness. Regarding room servicing, as a small establishment, we make an effort to respect the privacy of our guests. Servicing is always an option upon request according to your needs. I have discussed this again with staff and we will make an effort to more clearly emphasize this during guest welcoming, in addition to what we have written in the in-room information books.
