O quarto que ocupei é ruim (era o mais barato), o atendimento foi bom e o café da manhã eu avaliei como ótimo. O que não foi bom foi o fato de o estacionamento em frente ao hotel custar um adicional de R$ 120,00. E quando consultei, antes de ir, informaram que seria de R$ 80,00, o que tbm achei excessivo.

No check in recepcionista muito hostil, demonstrando total antipatia ao hóspede, no café da manhã a equipe não exigiu em recolher o buffet, cadeiras e iniciar a limpeA, enquanto ainda estávamos na refeição, praticamente nos expulsando do salão, enquanto a própria equipe iniciava sua refeição na outra sala.
