"Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning."

"I would come here again and again. It’s not only a luxurious experience, it’s indescribable. The service, the cleanliness, the restaurant, the environment. It felt so peaceful and the staff were SO pleasant. It felt like a dream."

"First, the Good:
The rooms are small, but functional; garden area with chairs was nice for breakfast. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the grounds were gorgeous. Lots of palms, nice walk ways, and generous outdoor space. Pool area was large and the proximity to the bar was great; the game room and outdoor ping pong were a nice touch. Access to the parking was good, but spaces are limited. Easy to walk to the busier part of Salou and the beach, and convenient drive to PortAventura &...
