"Hotel is in a good location in relation to Universal Studios. The hotel is clean, but could use some updating. Our room we booked was still not ready by the time we checked in which was close to 4pm. Staff also does not seem to answer their telephone when I attempted to call them using my cell phone and also when I tried to call the front desk with the room telephone."

"There was hair on the pillow upon arrival, mildew on the ceiling of the floor we stayed at. Brown spots in the shower. Microwave was filthy the whole 3 days we used it. Staff was so inattentive and cold"

"Our first room didn’t have hot water, but they quickly moved us to another room. Everything else about the stay was seamless!"

"I was very disappointed. The facility looks like you walked back into the 70s. Bathroom was too small, grout in shower was dirty, and the shampoo, conditioner & body was was 3 different scents. The noise from the freeway was annoying and made it difficult to sleep. Pillows were uncomfortable. FYI, there are several homeless encampments right down the road close to the hotel. They do provide bottles of wine and a few coffee pods in your room. Staff was fairly friendly. Overall, I would give it a 2 out of 5."
