"The property was generally clean. However if you get, as they put it a 'basic' room, it does not come with the basic items you would expect or are complimentary at other hotels such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc.
Generally the staff was friendly and helpful although some left much to be desired."

"Wir waren nach 19 Jahren wieder da und es war außer emotional einfach nur Sensationell. Das Hotel ist nach wie vor traumhaft und ganz besonders möchten wir das Concierge Team hervorheben, die uns unseren Aufenthalt wie vor 19 Jahren unvergesslich gemacht haben. Danke vielmals wir kommen wieder es wird keine 19 Jahre mehr dauern. "

Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment.
The cleanliness was not up to standard we had to go downstairs every single day to request our room to be cleaned. The bathroom had issues as well: the tub would fill with water while showering, and the sink was leaking (both were eventually fixed after we reported them).
The overall condition of the hotel feels quite run down. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the general upkeep just isn’t what you’d expect from a Marriott...

"The staff is amazing, special shout out to Martini always cheerful and helpful at breakfast! Jeremy il est bon!
Loved the private terrace (executive room) and L'Occitane supply, location c'est magnifique!!"
