"Very nice"

"Amazing staff, good location, easy to get to highways beaches and fun. I had a problem with the Plumbing the first night I was there. They had the plumbers in the next morning and fixed it right away.(the toilet ran after being flushed, no floods or anything like that.) I had a television problem they replaced the television in the room the next day. The staff was so accommodating and so helpful and so sweet. I’ve stayed there many times before and will continue to do so."

"The breakfast did not include scrambled eggs or a variety of fruit. The water coming out of the shower and sink makes it impossible to rinse off soap properly. It is strange—it feels as if the water itself contains soap; when we rub our hands together, it lathers up, and for this reason, we are unable to rinse off soap and shampoo effectively. It is a good hotel, however; the facilities are comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent, and the staff is very friendly."

"One Elevator remained broken the entire stay. Water in bathroom was absolutely horrible and smells like sulfur, it was awful. How does a “remodeled” hotel have no alarm clock?? The rooms smelled musty after speaking with others on 3rd floor. The breakfast was basically empty metal pans. Sadly, this property has gone down hill and looks like it won’t be our “go to” place to stay when in town. "

"I booked a room with a king bed. When I arrived the room had 2 queen beds. I went to the main desk to let them know. I was told that they had a staffing issue and not all rooms were cleaned but she did assign a new room. This room also had two queen beds. I went to the desk again. She came to the room and stayed it was a king suite and the beds were both king. She was insistent. We stayed but were crunched in the one bed. When we checked out I also let them know what happened but they did not appear to be concerned. I will be calling yet today. "

"WARNING: This is a fraudulent listing. It is not a gated community. It does have a gate, but it's an RV/Trailer park. If that's what you are looking for, then fine. That is not what we were looking for. The description should be updated. We chose not to stay and have been trying to get back our money."

"Tiendas cerca si, limpieza en el hotel tambien, pero el desayuno que incluye el precio no esta acorde, tu chek out es a las 11 am y desde las 9 llegan no solo a golpearte la puerta si no que tambien te abren la puerta y eso esta de pesimo gusto. No me gusto la estancia "
