"We could have done without housekeeping knocking early on our door. We arrived late the night before"

"Always enjoy our stay at this hotel...clean, comfortable, always friendly staff...love the complimentary cookies and beverage bar!"

"This is a new hotel and everything was wonderful."

"TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom."

"Very nice and clean."

"This was our first visit to a Drury Inn and if they’re all like this, we are sold! This was by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at!! Loved having the dinner, breakfast, and drinks!! Worth every penny!"

"We stayed before an early morning flight, hotel was very convenient"

"Airport shuttle is seamless! Very great hotel"

"I liked the shuttle service and the kind driver. Initially I was assigned"

"Lovely"

"The room was clean, spacious, and felt brand new. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus. Easily a 10/10 stay, we’ll definitely be back!"

"beautiful, big suite with a balcony and view of the park and river. bathroom with dual shower heads was awesome! 2 drinks at the nightly reception and the made to order omlet station (as well a lot of other choices) included in the room rate was great. Will definitely stay here again when in town. very friendly and helpful staff."

"Came for a weekend getaway, it’s hard to book with 3 littles in one room we were so excited until…first issue check in. I was charged $200+ for the room when I booked for 160 because their card reader wasn’t working and they refused to change it, we were wore out it was one night, whatever, we got to the room and the couch/pullout bed was COVERED in unknown fluids. Literally all over the stools everything. We couldn’t use 1/2 the room because it was literally just stained"

"Nicest Hilton Garden Inn we have stayed at. Spacious king room, good-sized bathroom and shower, and lots of storage. This property was in a good location that was only 15 minutes away from downtown Grand Rapids at half the price."
