This hotel was really wonderful. The staff were very polite and respectful, they made an effort to speak in our language, the room was excellent, perfect location, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anybody traveling to Juan Les Pins!!

The balcony was lovely to have and a nice surprise The room could have been cleaner We was not advised that we were due a welcome drink until we found an item under the bed from 2024 we were trying to find an item we had lost and found the item dusty on the floor under the bed. We then were given 2 free drinks to say sorry only ones the bar offered not a free choice . We should have been given this on check in. Our card was debited and this should have only been pending. I have now had to contact the hotel to resolve this not happy with the attitude of some of the staff from the bar in the evening we only wanted milk to make a cup of tea in the room and this seemed quite an effort to asked for this. I asked for the conditioner to be topped up and this was never done. I feel the staff in the evening were not helpful .The morning staff were more willing to help.

On arrival there was a problem with my room but the girl on front desk quickly changed my room to one that was perfectly acceptable. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very good and the view from the balcony was lovely. The breakfast buffet and choices were fantastic with lots of healthy options and the quality was excellent.

Nice hotel!

We stayed in a family room with plenty of space. Two rooms and two balconies. The outdoor pool is great. The breakfast is pretty basic and overprized. Sometimes there was a sewer-like smell from the bathroom in our room, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Newer neighborhood but walking distance to the old town. It is a bit of a walk from the train station and definitely not flat. We took a cab as I was not aware that there were 2 train stations in Antibes.

Thought your front staff were superb. They could not do enough to help me. Food service was excellent and the quality very good. The condition of the bathroom In my view was poor considering this is a business hotel and everything else superb.

Potentially great hotel but needs improving

The hotel is superbly located but badly in need of refurbishment. The staff are super friendly, responsive and generally lovely. The room itself was good as described but wasn't as clean as it should be for a 4 star hotel (no cleaning under sofa bed and drain flies in bathroom show the basins and plug holes need disinfecting. The mattress is not periodically checked by the team and was quite scalloped (indentation from clients over the years). Overall its a potentially great hotel but it needs a refurb and a few more checks in place on room quality control. As an aside we were in room 140 which is directly above the rear loading bay and the deliveries door and these can start at 4am often so if you are at all a light sleeper you will be very sleep deprived! The sound insulation for room 140 and others impacted should have been vastly improved to help a good nights sleep.
