"Soori Bali is a stunning peaceful hotel, both in aesthetic and feel. It’s a little secluded so perfect for those wanting privacy or an escape, or a sort of retreat. My brother was with me and these were his highlights: Idyllic, private pool, staff really helpful, Jurassic Park vibes being driven in the night to the villa, complimentary mini bar! 😊 You truly came away feeling pampered, what with the daily activities available daily, like sitting with the ladies whilst they prepare the daily...

"The entire stay at the Ritz was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff was very pleasant and helpful every step of the way. They helped us with dinner recommendations, getting the shuttle to Bali Collection, booking the hydro pool and making reservations. Room service was great. The AC worked fantastic, beds were comfy. "Hotel was nice and cozy. Staffs were smiling and polite and seemed responsive to your request at a very low speed. First night was so noisy, window shaking from EDM party that they said it was from neighbor hotel.. got it done 3 hours after compliant at 1am. I wrote email first for specific request and they did reply email, but nothing was prepared. It seemed to me like many of the staffs were just saying ‘yes’ with the ‘whatever dude’ attitude.
