Pousada excelente para o fim a que se destina. Local agradável, calmo e silencioso, instalações ótimas, café da manhã muito bom, atendimento cordial e atencioso, limpeza e capricho em todas as dependências que circulei. Talvez com crianças não seja o melhor local, porém em Canela/Gramado as atrações não são os hotéis/pousadas, mas as belezas naturais e as programações culturais e gastronômicas da região.

Durante os dois dias que estivemos nas instalações da Pousada, tivemos a oportunidade de desfrutar de ótimas instalações, ambiente aconchegante, com decoração muito apropriada, onde era possível observar em todos os lugares os detalhes. Eu e minha esposa passamos dois dias apenas na serra gauchá, foi nossa primeira viagem para lá. Reservamos está pousada pelo hotéis.com, nos surpreendemos muito logo quando chegamos, fomos extremamente bem recepcionados. O quarto estava perfeitamente arrumado, nos mínimos detalhes.
