"I picked this hotel because it seemed like a unique place to stay in a small town. When I arrived, the staff made me feel at home. Extremely helpful in setting up transportation, recommending restaurants and very personable. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was adorned with exquisite tile and modern appliances. There was a salon for guests to read or play games. Morning breakfast had very fresh food, including eggs, coffee and fresh-squeezed orange juice."

We had to leave early in the morning and were unable to have to have that done with him in person but we were assured it would happen. They gave us no refund and refused to even respond to Expedia.
