"Great location, very close to beach and front line shops, bars and restaurants and also close to the Main Street and old town. Very comfortable accommodation with added benefit of kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge etc. Very clean and staff friendly. The pool is small but adequate and right temperature (in June). No problem getting sun lounger as many guests on the beach. Have stayed here probably about 10 times over the last ten years and will
not want to stay anywhere else. It also has a very small car park for quests. A great find."
"Perfect hotel! Enjoyed 7 days in this beautifully renovated hotel with my fiancée, it was absolutely lovely. Very welcoming staff. Breakfast was a highlight, with so many options (+ some gluten free ones which were appreciated as I am celiac). Also many things to do at and close to the hotel, including tennis at Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy. Lovely staff there as well (Maggy :) was amazing), great courts and coaches!"
"Beautiful hotel, but ruined by a rigid and disappointing check-out experience
I booked this hotel for my daughter’s wedding, and our family stayed across three rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. We initially enjoyed our stay immensely.
However, check-out was a completely different story. We were surprised to be told that a fourth room was booked under our name. When we explained we had no knowledge of this room, we asked why no one had contacted us when it became a "no-show" on night one. The staff had no answer. Despite our request for them to check their security cameras to verify that no one ever checked into or used that room, they refused.
Rather than waiving the fee or offering a standard one-night penalty, they insisted on charging us the full amount for the entire stay. They completely refused to negotiate—which is incredibly disappointing considering our wedding party had brought over 20 room bookings to the resort. This rigid, uncaring customer service is certainly not what you expect from a 5-star resort."
"Amazing stay! We had a room with a cute patio which was the best!! This location is also so perfectly located to all the good food and boutiques!!! Juan greeted us and really was soo nice and sweet! I will be back again!"
