We do ask all guests to wash up their dishes after themselves but of course our housekeepers are supposed to go back over them to make sure they are sparkling, and according to our feedback that didn't happen so I will be following up with our housekeepers to ensure this doesn't happen again, please accept our apologies. In regards to the extra mug, I was more than happy to get you an extra mug, and at no point did I do or say anything to imply that you had broken one, I was just surprised that you only had one as you should have been provided with more. In regards, to the toilet paper request it's bizarre that you're saying we refused this request as I personally went up to service your room and ensure extra toilet paper was on hand. When I was there I confirmed that there was the extra roll of toilet paper under the sink as I had told your wife. Our apologies for what seems to have been a handful of misunderstandings that sullied an otherwise quality stay. Hopefully we can see you again the next time you're travelling through town.
