We're sorry to hear we weren't able to get you onto a higher floor for your lakeside room, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our lakeside rooms will receive a lake view as our lower floors do overlook the treeline before the lake. I have looked into your stay and can see we were fully booked for the stay, but our team always try to ensure we are allocating people onto the higher floors whenever possible.We're also sorry to hear you did not enjoy your room service, this is a service we provide in partnership with our sister hotel just across the road from us, so we will need to look into what happened for your meal.We do hope you can return in future, and have an experience more in line with the standard we hold ourselves to.Kind regards,
