Very friendly staff. Had to wait for room to be ready but received a free upgrade. Some noise in the evening but then quiet. Loved our stay and the complementary voucher used for drinks. Highly recommended.

Rooms are very clean and the beds and linene are amazing! We have stayed here every year for since it opened and we take our dog with us. Great lake nearby and we have family around the corner. Parkingnis easy and Woollies across the road

Disliked: Cleanliness
The room wasn't as clean as it has been on my previous stays. I was disappointed. They had torn and warned out towels in the room. The toilet bowl wasn't clean. The utensils in the kitchen were pathetic. I teaspoon, 2 forks, 2 knives and 2 tablespoons. They looked as if they were bought from the second hand shop. Mismatched! However, when I went to the front desk to tell them about the towels etc. She said they don't was the towels. It's outsourced. She did offer me some clean towels which are kept at the desk on a trolley. This Hotel is located in a convenient location to most amenities. I will not compromise the standard of the accommodation over location. The standard has fallen at their Gungahlin Hotel. I wouldn't be staying there in the future. I had a guess with me on this trip. I did contact the hotel manager. He was apologetic. He offered to make amends on my next stay. There should not be any need for such arrangements. This should not happen in the first place. Excellent value for money, clean room and all that i could need for the 4 days stay. Friendly staff and walking distance to shops and places to eat. Had a wonderful stay and this will be my go-to place to book moving forward for my regular work trips :)
