We loved this hotel. Staff were amazing. The pool area is awesome. The beach was just how we like it empty. The breakfast was great. The only reason for 4 vs 5 star is the facility is showing its age. It is super clean and looked after but you can just tell its better days are behind. After the crowds in Greece and Cappadocia it was a welcomed quiet peaceful break with lovely walks on the beach. Highly recommended if that is your thing.

Totally awesome hotel located on the historic site of Troy only a half a dozen kilometers from the archaeological museum on one side and a dozen from the city of Çhanakkale on the other. Excellent amenities with a pool, spa, restaurant, and private beach! Definitely the place to stay if you like quality.

Nice hotel in a very pretty location.

We only stayed for 1 night as part of a travelling trip down the west coast. Really nice hotel - room for 4 was comfortable enough. They seemed to have good facilities - nice swimming pool & only a few minutes walk down some steps to the beach. Nice private beach & gorgeous views of the sunset! We had the set menu dinner which was very good value & very tasty.

The hotel grounds are full of pine trees and it’s very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place if you want somewhere quiet to relax.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Troia Tusan for 7 days and had a really unforgettable and great time. The staff was attentive and willing to help with our requests. We got a nice room with a view of the pool and the sea. Breakfast was delicious and different every morning. The hotel's beach is good and has all the necessary facilities. I would highly recommend Troia Toussan to others, especially if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday.

Feels like a budget hotel. Tucked away at the end of a tortuously windy road, the hotel and the room I was in seems to be poorly maintained. The only plus were the staff who genuinely wanted to help in whatever they could. I would not stay there again.

sloppy hotel with rubbish gadgets on a corridor

The location was very bad, but it would have been okay IF the hotel service was good. The room I stayed was terrible. It was on the second floor of separate building, at the end of a long corridor. on the corridor, before reaching to my room, there were things disorderly left alone, things like; a bicycle(? I was not sure what it was because it was covered, but most likely a bicycle or a mortercycle), cabinet, cleaning gadgets such as vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop and so on. should this be a room to be offered to a guest? I did not feel at all welcomed. these things on the corridor makes the hotel looked like an unmaintained, sloppy, cheap apartment. Plus a fridge in my room was broken. I called the reception and a female receptionist told me that a repairman will come at 22:00pm (in 30 minutes from that time). But no one came after 22:00pm was passed. I was expecting this because from the beginning the receptionist was distracted by bits and pieces at the time of my check-in. so I called her again. It seems she was totally forgotten about it, but she told me quickly that he will come in a minute. At my first call I made it very clear that the problem was with the fridge, but she said ''Wasn't it a television that is broken, right?" so yes, as you can see, she was not at all interested in the need of her guest. The repairman came but the fridge was not fixed, He had to bring another fridge. Plus the WIFI did not work at all. It was one of the Worst stay ever.

Otel genel itibariyle orta derece sayılabilir. O da konumu itibariyle turistik yerlere yakın araçla.Gidenlere tavsiye verirsem; akşam yemeği için açık büfe almayın. Yetersiz ve tatlı bölümü sinek dolu tatlı yiyemedik. Yemeklerin üstü kapalıydı Allah'tan ama çalışanlar sinekleri görmesine rağmen bir aksiyon almıyorlar. Çevrede güzel pideciler var tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltısı yeterli düzeyde normal bir kahvaltı ekstrası yok ama tavsiye ederim kahvaltıyı. Otelin kendi sahili var ama hep taş var kendi yerinde. Orda girmektense sağında halk plajı var denizin içi kumlu en azından ayaklarınıza zarar gelmez ama her türlü deniz ayakkabısını öneririm buraya gelenler için. Odadaki klima çok eski ve çok sesli çalışıyor hızını azaltamıyoruz öyle bir özelliği yoktu. Duşakabin temiz sayılırdı dışındaki köşelerde kararmalar vardı. Duş başlığı yukarı asılamıyor çünkü çok yukarı koymuşlar boyu yetersiz kalıyor ve tek elimle tutacak şekilde duş almak zorunda kaldım 2 gece için 7 bin küsur verdiğim otelde. Bir daha gider miyim? Hayır. Çevreme önerir miyim? Hayır.
