A fun family holiday

Overall trip was excellent but there are a few things that could improve; the tiles by the kids pool is very slippery and they shouldn’t alllow glass in the pool area. Other than that it was super! Very fun for kids.

Otel tam çocuklular için tasarlanmış. Çocuksuz çiftlere biraz gürültülü gelebilir. Aquaparkı çok eğlenceli ve çocukla zaman geçirmek için harika. Çocuk ve yetişkin havuzu da çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltıdan genel olarak memnun kaldık her şey vardı neredeyse. Akşam yemeğini Behramkale de yedik ama snack bar seçenek fiyat performans olarak baya iyiydi. Yorumumu haziran ortasında yapıyorum// fiyat güncellemeleri yapılmamış olabilir. Okullar tatil olunca aşırı kalabalıktır muhtemelen ama biz tam öncesinde olduğumuz için sakin bir tatil geçirdik. Odalar gayet temizdi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldular, çok kibar pırıl pırıl& Güler yüzlü insanlar. Girişteki hanımefendi özellikle bir teşekkürünü hak ediyor. Kocaman güzel gülümsemesi hiç yüzünden eksil olmadı, her konuda bize destek oldu. Herkese selam ve sevgiler umarım tekrar misafiri olabiliriz, tüm arkadaşlarıma tavsiye edeceğim. * not: akşam yemeğindeki set olayı biraz karışık olmuş, o yine kalabilir ama snack bar seçenekleri akşam da olsa harika olur.

genel olarak beğendik

genel olarak sakin temiz güzel bir mekan. personel güler yüzlü ilgiliydi. Housekeeping departmanı hızlı hizmet veriyor ama odamızda tavandaki sinek ölüleri temizlenmiş olsa daha iyi olurdu. bavul koyduğumuz komodinlerde örümcekler vardı daha detaylı temizlik yapılması gerek yoksa genel görünümde temiz. kahvaltı büfesi gayet yeterli ve çeşitliydi fakat akşam yemeği için sadece menülerin olması biraz zorlama olmuş çocuğum çok yemek ayırdığı için sadece onun yiyeceği yemekleri sipariş etmek istedim ama tüm menüyü almak zorun olduğumu belirttiler o sebeple sadece patates kızartması alabildim. sezon açılınca belki sistemleri başkadır tabi o sebeple yaz aylarında bir daha tercih etmek isterim havuzları güzel duruyordu denizi de çok temiz görünüyordu kendi plajı olması da güzel yeşillik içinde çok hoş bı tesis her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Genel olarak rahat bir otel ,denize yakin kendi plaji var. Daha onceki konaklamalarimiz nedeniyle tercih etmistik , fakat bu sene temizlik gecen seneye gore yetersizdi, eskimis havlular halen kullanimdaydi, mutfak kisminda gordugum kurulama bezleri hic hijyenik degildi.

Otele yıllardır geliyoruz çok güzel bir otel ancak bu yıl kahvaltı kalitesi düşmüş gördüm Ayrıca akşam yediğimiz tavuk şinitzel körili tavuk teriyaki soslu tavuk çok kötüydü Tavuklar önceden haşlanmış gibi resmen kayış gibi kopmuyordu o kadar paraya böyle kötü yemek insanın canını sıkıyor

Çocuklarla harika

Odalar oldukça konforlu ve temiz, klima ve sıcak su sorunu yaşamadık. Temizlik ve hizmet kusursuzdu. Her damak tadına hitap edecek oldukça zengin bir açık büfe kahvaltısı vardı. Büyük havuz çok temizdi, aqua parkın ise günün ilerleyen saatlerinde temiz gözükmediğini söyleyebilirim. Odamız aqua parkın oradaydı her akşam havuzun temizlendiğini şahit olduk, dolayısıyla kirliliğin sebebi aslında havuzu kullananlardan kaynaklanıyor diyebilirim. Sahil ve deniz de harikaydı. Tüm bunlara ek olarak oldukça profesyonel bir işletme olmakla birlikte çalışanların sıcaklığı, samimiyeti ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışmaları bizi oldukça etkiledi. Akşam yemeklerini otelde yedik, özellikle Bünyamin şefe teşekkür etmek isteriz. Önerileri bir harikaydı. En çok beğendiklerimi ahtopot ızgara ve roka salatası olarak sıralayabilirim ;) Tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz

Güzel konum-yetersiz işletme

En güzel yanı çok güzel bir denize kıyısı olması. Ama çok bakımsız ve kahvaltı dışında para ödeyerek yediğiniz öğünler çok vasattı. Amatör bir yönetim var. Oyun alanındaki oyuncakların neredeyse hepsi kırık ve bakımsızdı. Otel konum olarak çok güzel olsa da alan verimli kullanılamamış maalesef. Her akşam 3-4 saat süren çok yüksek sesli rahatsız edici bir canlı müzik var. Odanız restauranta yakın ise o müziğe maruz kalmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz maalesef. Genel olarak en iyi yanı denizi, odaları ve kahvaltısı diyebilirim.

Amazing family friendly, with perfect food.

Amazing place to stay with our family. Kids loved the pool.Complements to the chef, the meals were amazing. And being off season still felt like we were given perfect serivce. Would highly recommend to family and couples alike.

Odalar temiz ve geniş. Çocuklu aileler için de ideal. Kahvaltısı hep tazeleniyor, çeşit bol ve temiz. Akşamları canlı müzik güzel. Yemek fiyatları ortalamanın üzerinde ama lezzetli. Otel çevresindeki restoranlara göre otelin restoranı tercih edilebilir. Restoran ve havuz başı cafe çalışanlarına teşekkürler; Cemal, Muhammet, Bedirhan, Orhan, Yasin, Nejat, Hasan. Otel temizlik olarak çok iyiydi. Oda temizliği, banyo- tuvaletler, çarşaflar ve havlular tertemizdi, bu ayrıntılar benim için oldukça önemli çünkü! Kahvaltısı kalitesi zengin ve yeterli geldi bize. Biz akşam yemeklerini otelde yemeyi tercih etmedik, çevredeki daha küçük restoranlarda yemeyi tercih ettiğimiz için akşam yemeklerini yorumlayamam ancak öğlen snack bar menüsü gayet lezzetli doyurucu ve fiyatları da makuldü.
