"Upon check-in, the front desk agent was very pleasant until she found out it was a third party reservation. She became very rude with myself and thehotels.com agent that tried to rectify the situation by calling and speaking with her directly. She then stated she could not find my reservation and continued to push that if I had booked directly through them this kind of thing wouldn't have happened. She never "found my reservation" and had to make other accommodations. This was the worst experience checking into a hotel I've had in a very long time And I travel for business weekly."
"Kitchen didn’t have anything and if I needed to prepare food would have to bring pots, utensils, stuff to clean with and don’t like just granola bars or cereal for breakfast. Only reason I chose this is because of recliner in room. My daughter is handicapped and has to sleep sitting up, otherwise she keeps me up all night."
