"I had a great stay. The room was nice, the ceiling fan was much appreciated. With the sliding door open ac was not needed. The staff was very pleasant. Parking was no problem at all. Access to the beach was very easy and help ed to make the overall stay most enjoyable."

"Our hotel room were suppose to be side by side , I originally booked two rooms one room ,one bed and one room two beds but all they had at the time were two rooms with two beds which we did not want . I personally call before and advise on what we will like to have so our rooms were not separated . All the had were separated rooms which were not bad because it was just few doors down . "It was an okay stay. Wifi did not work so I had to leave the resort to actually work on my laptop. Not very many dining options except for the Waves restaurant. No telephone in my room. When asked at the front desk the agent said she did not know why. Property needs some updating. Once updated I might visit again."

"the front desk personel were very helpful and pleasent. the concierge desk lady was rude and did not seem to care about assisting us with their advertised paid property tour. she clearly did not care who i was. i would not let rude staff member affect the other great staff and change my option to consider the hotel for another stay. our room was far from the restaurant and i asked to upgrade at our cost however there were no rooms available. seemed untrue as there were very little cars and...
