One night stay in AnhDao Mekong 2 Hotel

The room was good actually but the aircon was leaking. So I concluded that the room condition was not so well. What I love most is the service! They provide free shuttle service! Not every hotel does this. They brought us to wherever we wanted to go. And the front desk service is very attentive. He helped us to arrange a transport for us to get a bus back to HCMC.

Not to 3.5 star standard

The cleanliness of the room was not to 3.5 star standard.The bed sheets were creased, had stains n hair. The staff changed the Doona cover, bed sheets on request but when asked why the bed sheets were not ironed they said they don't do this. The walls on the room had stains, bathroom bath mat had stains had to ask for a new mat, ceiling was mouldy. So uncomfortable, feeling unrelaxed and disgusted with the lack of cleanliness I checked out didn't stay the night. Made this booking based on reviews that the hotel was new, this was not the case. Quite the opposite, dated, poorly maintained. I would rate it 1 star because the staff were polite!

Meget venligt personale, som var hjælpsom på stedet. Desværre var der ikke meget hjælp og hente til ideer til udflugter, leje af cykler eller motorcykler. Rengøring var ikke optimal, men acceptabelt.. Dog var de rigtig behjælpelige- vi var også 5 til at rode på værelset. Har du specifikke madønsker, sørger hotellet for det:)

Lovely hotel outside the downtown

The staff at the front desk were wonderful and took care of my every need. They helped me get into town, found me ATMs and arranged for my bus trip out at the end of my stay. The hotel is lovely. And, I enjoyed the stay there, but there are definitely things that could be improved. The room was gorgeous, and generally well kept, but there was a large red stain on the curtain that appeared to be blood. That really needed to be changed. The hotel is also very out of the way. They have a shuttle, but it's not always convenient to wait for half an hour to an hour to get into town. And, the driver was very rude about the tip I gave him, which apparently wasn't enough (although the same amount was greatly appreciated by taxis). Made me reluctant to use it. The local area appears to be mostly residential, but there were some restaurants nearby, which came in handy for the days I didn't want to make the trip all the way into the downtown.

Every staff from front desk, kitchen, driver, etc @ Anh Dao are very friendly and helpful. Even we were late for breakfast, they saved food for us.

Great Hotel

Free shuttle service to downtown for exploring and linking with riverboat tours. Room was big, clean, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was a great treat. There were many western and Vietnamese options avalable. The staff was AWESOME!!! Very friendly and helped us with our ongoing travel arrangments by calling the bus company, booking ahead, and then even wrote out detailed inforamation so we were able to just hand the information to the ticket agent with no hassle or communication problems at all! I would stay there again if I am ever in Can Tho and I would recommend this hotel to others too!

I stayed in there #1 hotel because of my goof up . This hotel was a little away from things. The staff and hotel were plesant. The restaurant served good food. They provided a shuttle to down town

Brand new hotel in Can Tho

For a three and a half star hotel it did not disappoint. It has only been open for about five months. Everything is new and modern mix with a bit of classic style to the rooms. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet have a mix of western and Vietnamese. There is also a cook station where they will make eggs to your liking and you can get a bowl of soup. The only request I would have is they should try to have some variety of different dishes every morning so that you don't always have the same choices. The swimming pool is well filtered clean and maintained. The front facing rooms have a better view but some of the rear facing rooms are bigger.

Beautiful hotel.

This hotel was beautiful, with great amenities, friendly staff who tried very hard with English. It was just so far away from all that Can Tho has to offer. If I was staying here again I would definitely hire one of their push bikes. They were a very reasonable price and looked brand new.
