My companion and I had a superb time at the property. The highlight was the excellent, first-class service — truly impeccable. The suite we stayed in was very comfortable, with a heated bathroom floor that added a luxurious touch. We felt like royalty from the moment we arrived — from the complimentary champagne and fruit in our room to the unbeatable warmth and friendliness of the staff. The area around the property is safe, though walking outside the estate can be challenging, especially for guests with special needs. The restaurant is also top-tier. The waitstaff were absolutely outstanding. Caio and Felipe (if I remember their names correctly) were particularly fantastic. Thank you for the staff for providing us with such a remarkable experience.

The Villa Casato is a fantastic place to stay in Campos do Jordão. The staff are very friendly. The food is extraordinary. The beds are amazingly comfortable. The bathroom floors are heated so that you never step into a frigid bathroom in this beautiful mountain retreat. We can not recommend this wonderful hotel more highly. It was worth every penny.

Razoável, mas não vale o preço.

Não foi desagradável, mas longe de ser o que eu esperava. Alguns pontos a serem melhorados: * Ao sair para passear no centro um dia, deixamos o aviso de “Não perturbe” pendurado na maçaneta. Ao voltar à noite, notamos que a camareira havia feito a cama, o que foi uma violação absurda de nossa privacidade. Interfonei para a recepção para avisar e só o que ela disse foi “tá”. * A varanda era compartilhada com o quarto ao lado, separada apenas por alguns vasos de planta (o cachorro dos hóspedes ao lado entrou no nosso quarto). Poderia no mínimo ter um biombo ou algo do tipo. Como choveu o feriado inteiro, não podemos utilizar o espaço já que não tinha um toldo. * Ao descer para o café da manhã, não havia ninguém para nos recepcionar. Precisei perambular pelo hotel até achar algum funcionário que pudesse nos atender (duas vezes). * As mesas estavam cheias de migalhas, só limpavam e trocavam a toalha de mesa quando chegava alguém pra tomar café. * O almoço no restaurante foi bom, mas o preço não condizia com a qualidade da comida. Já paguei o mesmo preço em SP para jantar em um restaurante com estrela Michelin. * A piscina de hidromassagem só ficava morna, com apenas metade dos jatos funcionando. * Água empoçada na sauna * O chuveiro do lado de fora da sauna/hidromassagem só tinha água gelada. Definitivamente não é um hotel 4 estrelas como anunciado.

Bacana, mas não o custo x benefício não vale

Ficamos no quarto Pennachi, mt espaçoso, confortável, o chão do banheiro tem aquecimento, uma varanda gostosa. Mas não achei que vale o valor que cobram. O lençol tinha 2 furos (q não passavam despercebidos), as toalhas bem gastas e os funcionários da pousada precisam ser melhor treinados. Pelo valor que cobram na diária, não sendo um resort cuja estrutura gigantesca "justificaria" o preço, acho q o serviço tinha que ser impecável e tá longe disso (atendimento confuso no café da manhã no 1o dia, depois confusão para marcar a piscina tb, demora para atender o interfone do portão...). Mas uma coisa bem legal é q eles servem um café da manhã MUITO caprichado até meio-dia no restaurante (pq a partir desse horário eles começam a funcionar para almoço) ou o dia inteiro no quarto.

Serviço excelente. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Cafe da manhã muito bom. Só colocaria 2 pontos negativos: 1 - apenas 1 quarto possui banheira e o app hoteis.com leva a crer que todas as suites têm banheira; 2 - o chuveiro ficou sem água quente, mas o staff resolveu o problema rapidamente e nos permitiu um late checkout sem custo pelo inconveniente.
