O hotel tem uma instalação muito agradável, com dois bares com piscinas e música só vivo em determinados horários. Porém, as instalações dos quartos necessita de correções devido ao desgaste do tempo. Exemplo: a porta do banheiro está estufada e descascando; a porta blindex do box, não fica fechada, falta um sistema de trança, ela se abre respingando d'água a parte de fora.

Bom dia! Primeiro colocaram nós em um quarto com as paredes todas manchadas. Tivemos que pagar 100,00 a mais para mudarmos de quarto. Não peguem esse hotel aqui pelo aplicativo. Eles desmerecem demais. Quarto sujo, papel higiênico da pior qualidade. Toalhas velhas e finas de tanto uso. Café da manhã ruim, somente uma opção para passar no pão. Margarina da pior qualidade. Hotel no geral muito sujo, elevadores extremamente sujos, chão sujo, o corredor do quarto que estamos instalados fedia carniça, como se tivesse um animal morto por perto, refeitório sujo, mesas com marcas de gordura antiga, porta pratos das mesas com crostas de gordura. Funcionários, TODOS, de mal humor, com a cara feia. Somente os da recepção que não são tal mal humorados. Mas ainda sim poderiam ser mais gentis. Único lugar limpo, área da piscina. Não recomendo, só é bonito por fora. Por dentro é terrivelmente sujo e mal cuidado.

Quarto com cheiro horrível que vinha do banheiro. Toalhas velhas, muita sujeira na janela do banheiro com dezenas de restos de sabonetes velhos que não devem nunca ter limpado ali. Assim que chegamos fomos mal atendidos no balcão da recepção mas o pessoal da noite era muita mais profissionais e educados. Estacionamento apertado, hotel no geral parece meio inacabado, tipo casa de praia com restos de coisas nos cantos, nada combina com nada. Não tomei café da manhã, apesar de incluído, então não posso opinar. A vista é muito boa, de frente para o santuário, dá pra ir andando, esse acho que é o único ponto positivo.

Reservei um quarto triplo para três adultos e um bebê. Como eles não tinham berço, nos colocaram em um quarto quádruplo sem nem mesmo pedirmos, o que nos ajudou muito. O hotel conta com estacionamento, piscina, uma brinquedoteca pequena que ajuda a quebrar o galho e um café da manhã simples mas suficiente. Localização excelente, de frente pra Basílica. Obrigada!

O hotel é muito bem localizado para quem vai ao Santuário, porém a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, nosso quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia, as áreas comuns do hotel também estavam bem sujas. O café da manhã encerra muito cedo e as opções são bem poucas. Enfim, a única coisa que destoa é o atendimento, os funcionários são bem legais!
