Pousada romântica

Adoramos o atendimento da pousada, limpeza e aconchego tantos dos quartos quanto do espaço externo e interno. O café da manhã que precisa melhorar. Achei as opções muito requentadas ( eles fazem bolos, salgados de um dia para o outro então não é fresco como eu esperava até pelo valor da diária . Precisa ter alguma opção sem glúten para quem tem intolerância. ) Somente a questão do café da manhã que me incomodou mas o resto foi tudo muito bom.

Não vale o que cobram! Já começa q nos deram a pior suíte da categoria (todos tinham vista de 180°, a nossa era a única q a vista era de 150°), o café da manhã era extremamente tarde iniciando 9h, o q fazia q o dia não rendesse nada! No mais era tudo mto simples, nao tivemos problemas com isso, mas pelo valor cobrado não achei q compensou! Sem contar q prendem 650 no cartão para estornar depois, se for dia de fechamento de fatura vc tem q pagar mais isso pra ser reembolsado apenas no mês seguinte!

Pousada Agradável, porém sem garagem

Pousada agradável. O estacionamento é praticamente inviável já que possui uma rampa de 45 graus e mais de 20 metros de profundidade impossibilitando o acesso a carros normais. Nenhum hóspede conseguiu deixar o carro no estacionamento e nosso carro teve que ficar na rua durante nossa estada. Outro ponto, que foi resolvido, seria o quarto que "alugamos" via Hoteis.com que aparecia com banheira e vista deslumbrante, mas fomos surpreendidos por um quarto inicial de frente para um telhado e sem vista alguma. Tivemos que falar com a gerente que solicitou provas da reserva, com fotos, para posteriormente trocar pelo quarto que tinhamos alugado ( com linda vista ).

Recepção excelente! Lugar lindo e aconchegante. Sou vegana e fui muito bem tratada, fizeram café da manhã especial pra mim. Acho que falta uma atenção especial a limpeza e reposição de produtos no quarto. Mas é a única ressalva a fazer. Recomendo muito!

Não vale o preço cobrado. Paguei algo em torno de 1700 reais a diária. Pra começar, quando cheguei, a reserva não estava como paguei. Graças a ação solícita e atenciosa da Jessica , tudo foi resolvido. Mas , pra mim nao valeu a pena o conjunto. O café da manhã, é básico . É longe do centro . Precisamos de Uber e não conseguimos, novamente a Jessica resolveu .

Quase não ficamos no hotel, mas o quarto era bem pequeno. Cama confortável, roupas de cama e toalhas maravilhosas. Senti falta de uma tomada no banheiro para secar o cabelo. Banheira muito gostosa.
