Beeeeem custo beneficio. O café da manhã é bem "triste", as camas são boas mas com muita poeira embaixo delas e havia mofo no box do banheiro, o que eu considero inadmissivel. As maçanetas das portas são do tipo "bola", inclusive as do banheiro, o que também é totalmente irregular hoje em dia, devido à assessibilidade. A ABNT 9050 estabelece que maçanetas devem ser do tipo alavanca. Chegamos tarde da noite de uma festa e não havia ninguem na portaria. Ou seja, QUALQUER UM ENTRARIA. Segurança zero.

O que me decepcionou no hotel foi justamente a parte do atendimento, a qual os recepcionistas atenderam de maneira grossa e sem eficiência a mim e meus companheiros. Um exemplo disso foi com relação aos quatros, pois o meu quarto a torneira estava ruim e no quarto dos meus outros companheiros de viagem o vaso sanitário também estava ruim. Foi reclamado disso no balcão, porém um dos problemas não foi resolvido e o outro demorou muitas horas para se resolver.

Bom dia Minha experiência não foi agradável a segunda vez que eu fico no hotel. Na primeira muito reclamados mas eu tive a sorte tá tudo bem. Nesta segunda vez o banheiro vaso estava entupido que é uma coisa muito básica, demorou muito e não arrumou trocamos de quarto, não fomos bem assistidos.

Ao chegar para fazer check-in, fomos informados que houve um problema no sistema e que teríamos que aguardar para acessar aos quartos. Erro estes que ocorre entre o site de reservas e o hotel, não tendo nenhuma relação com o cliente. Nisso, tivemos que aguardar mais de meia hora para que nos arranjassem um quarto. Além disso, houve a falta de comunicação entre a equipe de limpeza sobre os funcionários, ocasionando uma "invasão" por parte da camareira, causando susto ao acordar e uma invasão ao espaço e a intimidade do hóspede. Por fim, fiquei em um quarto no qual estava havendo um gotejamento na máquina do ar condicionado pela parte externa do edifício, uma vez que o hóspede do quarto acima do meu estava com o ar ligado, estava pingando sobre a máquina do meu, causando um barulho contínuo e desconfortável, impossibilitando o descanso no qual estava buscando. Lamento que minha experiência tenha sido negativa no geral e não por minha culpa, mas por fatores externos e pertencentes tanto a infraestrutura do local quanto a equipe de colaboradores.

Fique no quarto 101, ar condicionado muito barulhento, porta do banheiro quebrada, sem box (alaga todo banheiro) não havia sabonete e nem toalhas e quando reclamei na recepção disseram que o hotel estava lotado e que não haviam mais toalhas. Precisava de 3 toalhas pois estava com esposa e filho, insisti aí conseguiram apenas 2, acho que acharam no deposito. Café da manha preferimos não tomar, fomos a uma padaria local. Não vale a pena, Não recomendo...ha outras alternativas em São José dos Campos.
