Staff is great. Valet parking is convenient. Breakfast is very good. However, the gym is unusable because ALL of the equipment is broken. Smaller things: the elevator lights/buttons need maintenance. The hotel is starting to look old. Location is good; walking distance from the city center stores.

When I plugged my cell phone charger into the outlet next to the bed, there was a loud popping sound, like an electrical short circuit. It was a cold night, and I discovered that the air conditioner doesn't heat. There is no soundproofing on the window: you can hear the loud music from a bar across the street. I do not recommend this hotel.

Os funcionários são incríveis, mas a acomodação deixa um pouco a desejar. O banheiro muito antigo, o box não fecha direito, o chuveiro era quente, mas todo entupido então a água saia toda bagunçada. Tem mofo próximo ao teto do banheiro nos azulejos, o que mostra que a limpeza é feita muito superficialmente. Não há suporte para coisas no box, apenas saboneteira. Fora isso, as toalhas estavam limpas e foram trocadas durante a estadia e eram em grande quantidade. No café da manhã tinha bastante variedade, mas o gosto do café é INTRAGÁVEL. Nem com açúcar desce.

O hotel por ser antigo demais tem suas particularidades na estadia, por exemplo pra passar mais q 1 noite o colchão não é bom, muito velho e os travesseiros muito duros, e o quarto cheira madeira velha de ficar muito tempo fechado, quando deixamos a janela um pouco aberta não cheira nada. O banheiro bem limpinho, as toalhas normais, a localização bem boa. Café da manhã normal. No geral foi boa pelo custo benefício.

Venho por meio deste registrar uma reclamação formal referente à reserva realizada pela plataforma Hotéis.com, sob o número de itinerário 720745050089320, com data de estadia em 23/05/2026, no Hotel Dan Inn São José dos Campos. Ressalto que já formalizei uma reclamação diretamente com a rede Dan Inn, porém até o momento não houve solução adequada. Ao realizar o check-in em horário avançado, fui obrigado a permanecer no hotel, mas me deparei com condições extremamente precárias na suíte disponibilizada. A acomodação apresentava diversos problemas graves, incluindo: Banheiro sem iluminação; Porta interna no quarto com acesso a outra suíte (oculta), comprometendo a privacidade; Ausência de ar-condicionado e cobertores; Móveis antigos e em estado inadequado; Interfone sem funcionamento; Televisão em condições precárias; Baixo nível de higiene, gerando grande desconforto. Solicitei a troca de quarto, porém a nova suíte estava praticamente nas mesmas condições, com o agravante de não possuir iluminação no quarto. A única diferença foi a ausência da porta de acesso para outra unidade. Diante de toda essa situação, considero que o serviço prestado não atendeu minimamente aos padrões esperados, gerando extremo transtorno e insatisfação. Dessa forma, solicito o estorno integral do valor pago, uma vez que a experiência foi totalmente inadequada. Já acionei meus legais de defesa ao consumidor.

Paguei quase 1000 reais por uma diária. O vaso sanitário estava solto. O ar condicionado além de muito antigo é ineficiente. Acordei de noite com sede e nao tinha nada no frigobar. Desci até a recepção e fui informado que não posso marcar nada para pagar no checkout, tive que subir de novo para buscar o cartão. Comprei na farmácia do outro lado da rua de propósito. Fui com minha esposa e não tinha cama de casal, juntaram 2 camas de solteiro e ficou super desconfortável. Além do valor absurdo da diária, tive que pagar R$25 extra para estacionar o carro praticamente na rua, em um local cheio de barro. Choveu e tive que pisar na lama para buscar o carro.
