It was good enough. Nothing super special but bad either. Except for some roaches in the room. They could use some spray on the entire property to get rid of them. But I guess that’s just a reality in tropical/hot/humid places. Hotel overall was decent for the price. Rooms were good size, spacious. Breakfast was good enough. Overall good experience.

Falta de limpeza no café da manhã.

Recepcionistas muito atenciosos, limpeza no lobby muito boa. Quarto confortável, espaçoso mas pecou na falta de limpeza adequada. Café da manhã razoável para ruim. Muita sujeira no salão do café da manhã, péssima limpeza, a tomada da sanduicheira estava derretendo, alto risco de choque ou queimadura. Merece uma atenção gigantesca a qualidade e a limpeza do café da manhã.

Atendimento ruim com discriminação, no check in fomos destinados ao quarto errado diferente do que havia sido reservado (erro aceitável), porém ao solicitar a troca dos quartos notamos um certo descaso. Durante a estadia fomos surpreendidos pela manhã com serviço de quarto, na qual a colaboradora não tendo seu chamado atendido à porta realizou a invasão ao quarto. Tendo violado o princípio da discriminação do artigo 20 código penal e artigo 146 do código penal invasão a privacidade.

Pouca entrega pelo preço cobrado

A primeira atendente foi gentil na recepção. A segunda atendente nitidamente não está feliz com o que faz, embora não tenha sido rude, não tem um atendimento de quem gosta do que faz. Entrega o mínimo necessário. Não cativa o cliente. Pessoas de atendimento ao público devem ser gentis e bem humoradas. No café da manhã, as surpresas foram negativas, como: pao de queijo duro, os salgadinhos de coquetel ressecados, ambos por ficarem em uma estufa por muito tempo. Alguns bolos também estavam há um bom tempo expostos e assim perderam a maciez. Tem bastante frutas, sucos e queijos que o exotismo. Mas considerando o valor que cobram pela diária deveriam ter mais esmero na entrega. O quarto que fiquei tinha banheira, mas não tinha vista da cidade, só dava pra ver o Pet shop ao lado. Quartos com custo menor, por não ter banheira, acabam tendo uma vista melhor da cidade. Então se optar por um quarto com banheira corre o risco de ficar sem a bela vista daquele local.
