Walking distance from the mall. Walking distance from the Outback steak house. One of the best restaurants in Jundiaí. Keep in mind that this is no São Paulo. Hence it's as good as it gets.

Pelo preço achei o atendimento e quarto ruim

Chegamos a meia noite no hotel tinha um funcionário na recepção e três pessoas na fila para serem atendidas, uma moça chegou olhou a fila perguntou se eram check in respondemos que sim e aí ela não atende nenhum e vai embora, uma das moças da limpeza que ficam no café da manhã estava de cara amarrada e respondia de forma mal humorada, café razoável mas alguns alimentos que envolviam as partes doces o gosto era ruim, e valores de água e refrigerante absurdo! Cama desconfortável!

Hotel razoável. Poucos funcionários para o check in, causando demora para ser atendido. O café da manhã é razoável. Estranhei que o quarto foi aberto por pessoa desconhecida que ao perceber que estavamo no quarto desapareceu, não sabemos se era um hóspede ou funcionário. No mais, é bem localizado.

Não apoiam em situações fora do script padrão. Carro foi danificado no estacionamento do hotel (arriaram a bateria a noite) e a postura do hotel foi “o estacionamento é 3o”. Pedi um carregador de cel pq minha carga estava acabando de tantas ligações q tive que fazer para tratar do problema e a resposta foi: não temos p emprestar mas p vebder!

Estive com meu filho no final de semana do dia 07/12, para um evento de futebol, e tivemos uma ótima estada! O quarto e banheiro limpinhos, ar condicionado funcionado muito bem. Não tomamos café da manhã, pois achei caro e não tínhamos muito tempo para usufruir devido ao evento que iriamos logo cedinho. Hotel ao lado do Shopping Jundiaí, o que facilita muito para almoço e jantar. Gostamos muito do hotel, pelo menos para essas viagens rápidas.

Condições horríveis. O hotel não fornece toalha de rosto, somente 1 atendente . Com isto uma demora sem fim para checkin e check out. ar condicionado precária, quebrado. Válvulas do banheiro quebradas. Cafe da manhã justo. Um cheiro de mofo nos quartos insuportável
