Não recomendo. Caríssimo pelo que oferece.

Inicialmente, me empurraram um quarto de categoria inferior. Liguei para relatar, telefone não funciona. Desci e me ofereceram outro quarto… igual, também fora da categoria que havia pago. Hotel velho, ao lado de fábricas de tijolos, banheiro velho… enfim… terrível. Não recomendo. Caríssimo pelo que oferece.

A limpeza do meu quarto não ficou boa em um dia. Cabelo na pia e no ralo. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, mas a academia deveria ser reformada. A maioria dos funcionários são extremamente atenciosos.

A equipe da recepção atenciosa, simpática! Eles tem guarda malas gratuito. Serviço de quarto rápido, pedi o almoço, mesmo o restaurante lotado, veio rápido! Mas a cama não é macia, os travesseiros também não! O cofre estava quebrado e a janela não possuía trava. O hotel é bom, só precisa melhorar nesses pontos! Voltaria a me hospedar lá

Muito bom... Fazia um tempo que a gente queria conhecer o Hotel, finalmente conseguimos e foi bem legal.... O hotel é muito amplo e conta com diversas opções de lazer e entretenimento que atende crianças e adultos... Os quartos são bem amplos e confortáveis... Os atendentes são todos bem prestativos e atenciosos.... O único ponto que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o café da manhã que encerra às 09:30 e apresentou demora em repor as opções (não postei as fotos porque diversas opções estavam em falta e as fotos não ficaram legais).... Com certeza recomendo....

Comida deliciosa e a variedade no café da manhã é incrível. Estrutura do Hotel muito boa para passar um final de semana com amigos e familia, inclusive com criança. O atendimento é sensacional, todos muito atenciosos e simpaticos. O unico problema (e que realmente me faz pensar se volto ou não) é a parte da limpeza, especialmente dos carpetes dos corredores, que estavam encardidos e dava pra ver que não são higienizados há meses ou até anos. Precisam ser trocados urgente.

Estadia muito agradável.. Hotel muito bom, limpo e organizado. Bom atendimento. Bastante opções de lazer. Bom para família com crianças. Pontos a Melhorar: 1) Checkout poderia ser as 14:00 tendo em vista o check in as 16:00 (absurdo isso). 2) Climatizar a piscina aberta pois fica vazia e a aquecida fica lotada, assim ficaria mais confortável ambos os espaços.

Cheguei pouco antes das 22hs. Antes de me sentar no restaurante para jantar, consultei o responsável sobre o atendimento, o qual me foi assegurado. Enquanto me servi no buffet frio, pedi a bebida. Na primeira garfada, me foi informado que a comida seria retirada. Reclamei com o responsável pela cozinha e a resposta foi “que seria retirado”. Não concordei e me levantei e fiquei sem jantar. Para a identificação do responsável pela informação inicial, houve um jogo de empurra. Identificado aguardei sua vinda e meu cuidado foi confirmado. Ofereceram servir, mas por razões óbvias, não aceitei nova alimentação. Com relação à limpeza, as toalhas de banho exalavam um odor horrível. Sem condição de uso.
