Não recomendo! Pior estadia que tive em anos

A estrutura de outros lugares (chalés) me chamou a atenção, mas, quando fui ao meu quarto, me deparei com janela do banheiro muito suja, ar condicionado barulhento, a TV pequena e distante da cama (não teria problema em ser pequena, desde que estivesse melhor localizada) e um estacionamento péssimo. Este está num local muito apertado e difícil para manobrar um carro. Para encerrar, minha estadia era a trabalho e o café atrasou em 16 minutos para liberar o refeitório. Quando fui perguntar a um colaborador, este foi muito indelicado. Não recomendo, não volto mais e esta foi a minha pior estadia desde que tenho o plano da Hotéis.com

Local muito agradável mas de difícil acesso para quem tem problema de locomoção pois para tudo tem subidas e descidas. Atendimento muito bom. Comida boa. Piscina bem aquecida com boa limpeza. O que falta: chuveiro a gás. No inverno é difícil tomar banho com chuveiro elétrico.

Lugar lindo e incrível para crianças e família

Lugar incrível, atendimento ótimo dos funcionários e recreação infantil espetacular. Nosso filho adorou e não queria mais sair de lá. O ambiente é super bem cuidado e muito bonito, e o time muito atencioso. Tivemos apenas um problema com a hidro do nosso quarto que só funcionou no primeiro dia pois teve um problema no aquecedor e infelizmente não era possível arrumar a tempo.

O hotel é muito gostoso, com muita natureza e sossego. As áreas são bem conservadas. O serviço do restaurante é bom, só falta um pouco de variedade no café da manhã. Estadia com família e idoso

o Chalé e muito espaçoso, mas os banheiros ficam 3 degraus abaixo da sala, dificultando a locomoção para idosos e crianças, banheiros espaçosos, mas chuveiros elétricos e não conseguimos regular a temperatura. Piscinas ótimas, restaurante nota 10 e adoramos o show de musica italiana.

O hotel precisa de uma reforma!

O atendimento é bom e os funcionários são mto educados e atenciosos. O restaurante tem bastante opção e a comida é saborosa. Porém, o hotel é mto antigo e precisa de uma reforma urgente. Os quartos tem camas mto antigas e pequenas. Os lençóis tem aspectos de velhos. Além disso, no chalé em que ficamos, tinha um galo que cantava todos os dias de madrugada, mtas vezes na noite: as 0h, às 2am, as 4am e as 6am.. foi impossível descansar. (O galo acordava a minha bebê tb) 😔
