"The accommodations were great. Located about 1/4 mile to the Grotto but very easy to walk. All the rooms are ADA compliance. Bathroom is equipped with walk in shower with support bars. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available.
