Overall it is a good experience. We were just on the way back to Phoenix. This is good enough to get a good sleep. The room has a strange smell seems come from the cleaning product they use.

Room was accommodating for my pup and I for a quick nights rest. The “breakfast” that’s included is not wha I was expecting at all. The select fruits were old, there was only bagels and toast.

Front desk and housekeeping were friendly. Parking lot was dirty. Not safe, back doors are left propped open. The smell of people smoking weed was overwhelming. Noisy, you can hear everything through those walls, even when the person next door flushes the toilet.

The hotel is standard. I expected more from a Best Western. Room was clean, we actually got to check in 15 minutes early, however the policy of check in after 2pm, and out by 11am, is getting more ridiculous by the year. The indoor swimming pool has been closed for 11 months. The Continental breakfast was adequate, nothing fantastic, donuts, bagels, ‘make your own waffles’, coffee juice milk. Adequate, not spectacular. I will say the rates were some of the best in the area, which explains why, considering what you get, is why it is so cheap. If your just looking for a bed to sleep in, a shower to take, and a simple breakfast, then this hotel will do you just fine
