"We were a group of five using three rooms. Hotel has an amazing location and is close to public parking at no charge. You were right in the centre of everything."

"Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection but was the same every day. It was well presented and there was always plenty of food. The room was very brown and we booked a suite which was disappointing with regards to equipment eg no spoons, hospitality tray very basic, no milk, no biscuits and two watchers of coffee granules. We were given a bottle of wine but no wine glasses or corkscrew so it was left untouched. The room was relatively clean but bathroom was poorly configured as couldn’t run a bath without standing in empty bath as shower door prevented access to taps. There were signs of blistering paint due to dampness. As it was at the beginning of the season we expected everything to be fresh and ready for the start of the summer but that wasn’t the case. The spa treatment was very good. The steam room was tired with paint flaking off ceiling, the swimming pool was grubby too. The outdoor swimming pool area could do with a good tidy and clean up (rabbit poo everywhere). Small tables grubby, umbrellas broken and sun beds old and uncomfortable. "

"Affordable hotel a few minutes’ walk from the heart of town. It’s more for families and golfers, although lots of retirees also stay there. The breakfast buffet is the best feature."

"We really love the hotel,, very relaxed atmosphere , clean, staff were very helpful and smiling all the time. Swimming pool was really well maintained, sun bed were comfortable. "

"Kitchen not well equipped for cooking, just warming up or cooking eggs, very few utensils and no oven. Cleaning staff friendly but not English speaking. Although Expedia stated that a hair drier available on request, we requested one and were told by the reception person that it was not available! Really disappointing, but parking very easy and location ok to walk to oldtown/ center town, although not always through sidewalks, watch the traffic and walk fast. "

"Attractive hotel, located approximately 5K from Tavira. Quiet location, the hotel provided a shuttle bus a few times per day but would recommend a car, plenty of parking spaces. Spacious room, bathroom and comfortable balcony. Good sized pool & separate children’s pool. Only had breakfast which had good selection, there’s an option to dine outdoors. "
