We LOVED our stay at Island View! The rooms were spacious & beautifully decorated; private porch so quiet & peaceful; & the view amazing along with walks down to the ocean. We would definitely stay there again!!

I have to say that the Island View Inn was the cleanest, and best maintained hotel we stayed in during our recent week long trip to Maine. The view was great, the quality of the hotel is just a step above any other from that trip. I Can't compare it to others in the Rockland area, since we didn't stay in others, but compared to other locations in Maine, the quality and value was a level above those in similar or even higher price range. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
