"We love this hotel. the rooms are very comfy and super clean. The infinity pool and other amenities make this a great place to stay if you don't want to leave the resort. My one suggestion is better training for your servers. Most who helped us were super nice, but one or 2 seemed bothered that they needed to wait on us since we were eating around 9 pm. Also, there was one worker in the gift/ coffee shop who was not very friendly any of the times we visited. Normally, in high end resorts everyone is very welcoming."

"I wish the room was cleaner. Had to kill a wolf spider in my bed room that was crawling on my ceiling of my 3rd floor room. I initially missed and the spider fell into abyss that was between the second queen bed and a very dusty wall. I had to sleep with one eye open knowing that it will be looking for vengeance. The main entrance had several flies and most of the hallways were well musky as the ac didn’t seem to be working properly or set too low. I appreciated the free water bottles as they it was severely needed."
