"Staff could not have been more professional and helpful, a real credit to the property. Well located close to Falmouth, plenty of parking. The room was lovely, plenty of storage and the bed comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were poor and not sufficient. Breakfast selection was excellent, and the food was amazing! "Disappointing Although refurbished to a good standard, the hotel has unfortunately kept a 1930s style lift, great to look at, but quite useless as a functioning lift. Particularly useless if you’re on the fourth floor as it only goes to three. It has a metal shutter style inner door that if left open when leaving, renders the lift inoperable. In a three day stay I had to find the lift on at least six occasions to close the door as my wife needed to use it. I would therefore, not recommend...
