Café da manhã muito bom, mas achei que o quarto precisa de uma manutenção, tinha apenas um cabide quebrado no guarda roupa, tapetes ao lado da cama encardidos, pregos na parede se quadros. Chuveiro gostoso, porém banheiro antigo e não tem nenhum apoio para colocar itens de higiene pessoal.

A pousada é agradável e o quarto aconchegante. Sugiro que tenha uma manta para os dias frios embora haja lareira. Eu e meu marido ficamos hospedados por 4 dias. Como chegamos em uma quarta-feira a noite solicitei arrumação para sexta-feira, porém voltamos do passeio e o quarto não havia sido arrumado. O rapaz da recepção que retirou o lixo do banheiro. No geral foi muito bom, o atendimento acho que pode melhorar, tudo era conversado pelo whatsapp e quem respondia era muito ríspido nas respostas, acho que existe formas melhores de conversar por mensagem. E o tempo de uso da piscina poderia ser maior também, é muito curto, pra quem está viajando quer curtir, abrir às 9h e fechar a piscina às 18h da tarde na minha opinião é não querer que seja utilizada. Tem muitas coisas pra fazer na cidade, então quando está na pousada o mínimo é usufruir do que tem lá.

Um descanso muito agradável. Fomos bem recebidos, pela recepção do hotel, sempre com muita educação comigo e minha esposa. Não tivemos problemas com com limpeza, pelo contrário, quando precisamos assim que chegávamos o quarto estava um brinco!! Tudo limpinho e cheiroso. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Acesso é fácil, próximo a entrada, uma área muito bonita de Monte Verde. O único contra é a garagem ser descoberta, mas passa uma cera na caranga e vai ser feliz. Recomendo demais as instalações, nos sentimos muito a vontade.

O atendimento é muito bom e o café da manhã possui opções variadas. O quarto era confortável, mas nada excepcional. Havia cama de solteiro junto à lareira, o que impediu sua utilização, denotando improviso. O colchão da cama de casal era de boa qualidade. Pelo preço cobrado o banheiro é muito simples - não há uma bancada na pia, além de termos nos deparado com um vazamento de água que deixava o piso do banheiro molhado o tempo todo, além do forte odor de esgoto. Preço alto pelo que é oferecido.
