First of all, the hotel employees should take sanitary education classes immediately. I saw the employees in the restaurants do not clean the tablecloth after customers used. They just swing it and put it again on the table. They may not wash the tablecloth for a week or longer. I also saw a lifeguard on the poolside wash his foot by putting his foot into the pool. Second, the water pressure on shower is severely weak. It took forever to take a shower. Third, the food quality and taste is under average compare to other neighboring properties where serve all inclusive option. Lastly, avoid to visit here especially during the weekend. There are lots of Vietnamese visitors who conquer the restaurants, pools, and every places in the property. Severely over crowded during the weekend.

다른분들은 뷔페가 향이 강하다고 하시는데, 저와 와이프는 잘 먹었습니다. 다만 3박하다보니 마지막에는 살짝 질리더라고요. 가든뷰쪽으로 방예약했는데 전제적으로 좋았습니다.

Service was good. Facilities were modern, nice design, comfortable and most importantly, clean. It might’ve been near perfect if there had been more food selections. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

Incidentals Refund Not Returned

The hotel itself and the rooms are amazing, the hotel grounds are immaculate, it’s a great place to stay. However, when you stay there please do not give them your credit card to pay for the incidentals deposit. They took the money immediately, but I’m still waiting after 2 weeks for them to return my money, despite them confirming the transaction has been cancelled/refunded. 2 weeks and they still have my money, I confirmed with the bank that the refund is not pending currently.

요구사항에 대한 대응이 너무너무 느림. 체크아웃하려는데 짐이 많아서 버기 불러달라니 좀만 기다리라하더니 30분 대기, 다시 전화하니 5분내로 보내주겠다하고 옴. 또 가서 체크아웃 해달라니까 앉아서 기다리라해서 기다리니 또 30분 넘도록 안 부름. 다시 가서 언제 되냐니까 이제 결제하면 된다고 함. 다시 물어볼때까지 절대 안 도와주는 곳.

5일 내내 뷔페는 좀 지겨울 수 있어요. 그치만, 울 가족은 맛나게 이용하였어요. 수영장이랑 객실, 모두다 훌륭해요. 내년 겨울 또 예약합니다.

敷地も広く快適なリゾートホテルでした。次回利用する際は、プールサイドのビラを試してみようと思います。子供用のエクストラベッドは移動式で不安定でしたので改善の余地があると感じました。

Great for family retreat but not for business

It is a family resort. Too crowded at breakfast buffet even though it is a low season. Great variety of food for breakfast buffet. Comfortable room and bed but thin walls. Room service staff's hygiene in food handling was not properly trained. Feedback to hotel but no response from them.

Clean beach , good with children, good animation

It was good,nice place, good facility, clean beach, excellent animation team. Everyone can find what to do ( play volleyball or sunbathing all day :) up to you) very good with children, lots of them and they are in activities with animation team, cuisine is variety ( asia/ europe/ russia/turkey/vietnam)I would be happy come to this place another time. And thank you everyone who gave us nice vacation

공항에서 올때 톨비가 10000VND인데 그랩을 불렀더니 50000VND를 달라고 하더군요. 새벽도착하니 잠이덜깬 여직원 약간 불친절하고,룸도 1층 나무에 가려 앞이 전혀 안보이는 방을 줬어요ㅜ 조용하긴했고,낮에 남직원은 친절했어요. 작은워터파크포함 수영장3개. 바닷가인접인건 넘 좋네요. 시내로가는 셔틀은 9시11시18시에요.

Great resort by a beautiful beach

Wonderful hotel, great place to relax and enjoy. The resort was mostly visited by Russian tourists, and all the animation activities were geared toward these groups, but we enjoyed nonetheless. Food buffet was great. Beach is gorgeous and clean. Not much to do in the area but the hotel offers a shuttle to the city (Book in advance)

메일로 미리 문의드렸더니 셔틀 이용방법 친절히 알려주셨어요 12시에 나트랑센터 쪽에서 셔틀 타고 30분 정도 가요 일찍 갔더니 얼리체크인 해주셨어요 방 깨끗하고 직원들 친절하고 중국인 거의 없어서 조용해요 러시안 사람들 뿐이고 조용해요 먹는건 리조트 안에서 해결해야 되서 간식 사가세요 바닷가 레스토랑 쏘쏘해요 조식 러시아 스타일인거같아요 나쁘진 않아요 조용힌 휴식 장소로 추천해요 바다 앞이라 아침 풍경 굿입니다

ビーチがキレイ

一番安い部屋を予約したのですが、アップグレードしてもらい、コテージの方に泊まりました。そこは一棟に7つぐらい部屋があり、その人達用のプライベートプールがついていました。他にもメインプールが2つと、ホテル専用ビーチがあり、楽しめます。ビーチの水質はニャチャン中心街のビーチよりはるかにキレイで、ここに泊まって正解だと思いました。

휴양을 목적으로 오기에 최고

공항에서 10분거리로 가깝고 시내까지 40분거리로 멀지만 하루 3번 셔틀이 있어요. 식당이 2개이고, 맛도 괜찮았어요. 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 리조트는 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.

Amazing resort. Very good facilities, nice rooms with good sea view and perfect beds. Perfect two pools and very interesting animation in the evening (only in Russian language)

これからに期待

空港近くで、これからに期待したいと思います。現在は、周りに何も無く、不便です。ロシア人が多く宿泊していました。夕食は、ビュッフェにしましたが、種類は有りますが、味は普通だと思います。
