"Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom"

"The room was comfortable for a family of 4, the room was clean, but there was an awful smell on the hallway. The hotel is 20 minutes by bus to the train station, the bus is around 5 minutes walk from the hotel, so it is not that close, you need to plan in advance so you will get to the train on time.
