As we are a family-friendly place, at certain times of the year there are families here with children that would utilize the amenities that we do offer all of our guests. Thank you for taking the time to post a review about your stay with us. I apologize for not meeting your expectations during your time here. As for the pool not being available, it was something that was out of our control. The pump for the mineral water unfortunately was out of commission. Without the ability to pump the hot water into our pool, we weren't able to open the area for ALL of our guests to use. Common sense right? As I explained to our guests about this issue, most seem to understand that this was unplanned and I could assure you that if there is anything we could have done to prevent it from happening we would have done so. We have applied a discount towards your stay to compensate for this unfortunate event that happened during your stay. We do appreciate our guests who didn't feel the need to come down to the Front Desk and yell a our staff members for something they have no control over. Have a great rest of your day
