"There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. "Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. "We absolutely adored this property! The kids had a blast. This is a great house for a large family gathering, and right across the highway from the Ark. It was clean and well stocked. Everything you need in the kitchen. I can't imagine a more perfect place for us. "

"This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated.
