Great location. Lots of privacy, we had guests come to visit and no one bothered us. The washer and dryer was great to have available due to all of the humidity. Great communication. The neighborhood is walkable with lots of bars and restaurants literally at the corner. Great location.

Do not leave anything of value while going out!!!

I rented this stay for a friend. The location is good and the place is clean but the service is scarce. Besides, she left close to 2 dollars on a table inside her apartment and on her return, they were gone. It is sad that your hotel room is raided on your absence.

No nos hospedaron

Tenía reserva desde el viernes 27 de diciembre hasta el lunes 31, la cual ya había sido previamente confirmada por la página, telefónicamente y también vía Whatsapp. Sin embargo el día jueves 26 en horas de la tarde (hora en la que ya nos encontrábamos camino a Cali) se comunican del hospedaje diciendo que no es posible hospedadrnos allí dado a que les robaron el contador de la luz. No obstante, no dan solución y/o alternativas para redireccionar y se desentienden por completo de la situación. Nos pareció una total falta de respeto, responsabilidad y asertividad. Es importante mencionar que imprevistos a todos se nos pueden presentar, sin embargo, hay que estar preparados ante dichas situaciones, poder redireccionar, al menos tener un trato amable y asertivo con los clientes (Cabe aclarar que se habia apartado con tarjeta de crédito, pero no respetaron ningun acuerdo) y preveer circunstancias más aún en época de Ferias donde fue complicadisimo conseguir hospedaje el mismo día.
