"The main restaurant offer a terrible service. We order lunch with some steaks, and the plate took almost 45minutes ti arrive, and it came cold and not on the term requested for cooking."

"The breakfast menu was limited. However, the available options met our needs. Our Superior Suite was very roomy and comfortable. The king-size bed was huge and very comfortable. Aside from the faint smell of cigarette smoke, we enjoyed our 4-night stay. The staff was attentive and friendly. The pool is situated in the common area and is not conducive to privacy. "

"The stay overall was nice and the hotel itself is comfortable. However, I agree with some of the other reviews it feels like the hotel opened before everything was fully ready, there's construction happening currently. There’s no on-site restaurant, and there were no vending or ice machines available for guests, but there's few nice restaurants/spot to eat around it. In my case, I had just undergone a medical procedure and needed ice multiple times a day, which made things difficult. Delivery also wasn’t reliable after around 7–8pm, orders would get canceled regardless of the tip offered. That said, I want to give full credit to the housekeeping staff. The cleaning was excellent, and they consistently left my room spotless."

"Stayed at the hotel for over 14 days, i was very happy with hotel amenities, upon arrival i was worried because my flight arrival was 12am but he airport service was very convenient and on time. Customer service was outstanding the staff was very helpful and friendly. In the restaurant Nicole and Pilar were always very friendly and kind, these ladies made my stayed very comfortable. the only Suggestion i have for the Hotel is for the breakfast buffet., there was never Fresh bread available and the Natural Juices are out without proper refrigeration."
