Fim de semana no Paul do Mar, Calheta, Madeira.

Acolhedor. Atractivo. Excelente atendimento pessoal com a simpatia do pessoal acima de tudo. Recomendável para famílias com crianças. Piscinas interior e exterior excelentes. Higiene de muito bom nível. Organização impecável neste momento de pandemia devido à Covid, sendo assim um hotel seguro para uma agradável permanência.

Tolle Lage, Blick vom Balkon aus direkt aufs Meer. Frühstück sehr gut mit allem was man braucht. Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere im Bereich der Poolanlage. Die Sauberkeit auf den Zimmern war zu Beginn gut, während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts wurde die Bettwäsche gar nicht gewechselt und der Fußboden weder gesaugt noch gewischt.

Coin agréable et tranquille

L’hôtel a été rénové il y a un an environ. Chambre spacieuse (on était à 3), coin enfant séparé par un bout de mur. Très propre. Vue sur la mer pour toutes les chambres. On peut s’endormir au rythme des vagues si on laisse la porte de la terrasse entre-ouverte (très agréable). Étant donné que l’hôtel se situe à la fin de la rue qui longe la mer, très peu de trafic et de bruits. Petit-déjeuner agréable. Kitchenette pas trop bien équipée (on l’a signalé). Le parking près de l’hôtel est assez petit, ce qui provoque sûrement des problèmes en haute saison. Petite piscine extérieure (non chauffée) et intérieure. Village et région intéressants pour les gens qui aiment les endroits un peu moins touristiques. Hôtel à recommander surtout pour des personnes qui aiment bien explorer la région et faire des randonnées.

Le balcon face à la mer, la grande chambre, les petits déjeuners et l'accueil. Les terrasses face à la mer et les piscines. Il manque un sèche serviettes dans la salle de bain et une bouilloire dans la chambre.

La struttura è ottima, le stanze spaziose, la posizione apprezzabile, personale gentile, con bagno munito di bidet (difficile da trovare in Portogallo), ma con un unico neo, quello dei materassi che nonostante siano nuovi sono fatti con le molle che rendono difficile il riposo

Lovely hotel in quiet location by the ocean

Not as close to Calheta as thought when I booked but it was only a 10 minute drive & worth it for the 2 small sandy beaches, bars, restaurants & shops. There is not very much in vicinity of hotel but there is bar & restaurant within easy walking distance if don't want to stay in hotel every evening. Room was clean & spacious. No tea/coffee making facilities but when asked for a kettle & cups they were happy to provide. Buffet breakfast was ample and varied with choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Swimming pool was large with pool bar for drinks & food. Indoor pool also if weather not so good. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet location.

Etablissement bruyant et non adapté à la chaleur

-climatisation défaillante dans la chambre: chaleur atroce la nuit, même fenêtres ouvertes. Malgré trois signalements du problème à la réception, aucune réparation n'a été effectuée -parking en bas du balcon, ballet incessant des voitures alors que nombre insuffisant de place pour accueillir tous les véhicules des clients -travaux d'aménagement de la jetée juste en face de l'hôtel: de 8h du matin (impossible de dormir) jusqu'à 17h le soir, infernal bruit continu d'engins de chantiers, pelleteuses, etc. - certaines prestations de l'hôtel définies dans l'annonce d' Expedia n'existaient pas, à savoir; * centre de remise en forme "gratuit", * pas de vélo d'appartement * pas d'appareil de resistance * pas de sauna * pas de mini-épicerie sur place ==>publicité mensongère: scandaleu
