She was beyond helpful. we had a private room and the location is perfect, quiet at night and only 1 block from the city square. "

"I paid for a jacuzzi suite. Jacuzzi didn't work. The man at the front desk verified there is no hot water and to talk to the front desk in the morning for a partial reimbursement. In the morning the front desk worker refused any type of reimbursement. She refused to call the person working the night before to verify."

"Terrible stay. Hotel didn’t have my prepaid reservation through Orbitz. Staff was rude and unprofessional. No elevator, no electronic room keys, poor internet, small uncomfortable bed, no hot/cold water in the shower, no closet or safety box. Avoid offering this hotel through your site! "
