"Such a perfect stay. The staff are wonderful and extremely attentive, the room was delightful and we got a free upgrade to a suite. The food was delicious (especially dinner in the restaurant) and the spa was just what we needed.

"Thought this hotel was great value for money. Had everything i needed for a good night's sleep. Fridge in the room was a bonus but also coffee making facilities tv, wifi, electricity points were all good. Room and shower room were clean All staff at reception and elsewhere were courteous, knowledge and helpful.
Woukd recommend as a budget hotel at a great price (I onky paid £43 for a Saturday night)"

Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice. I ordered an 8inch, they ran out but rather than saying I couldn’t have it they sent out a 12inch for no extra charge which was good! Chips were horrible though. "Friendly greeting upon arrival, staff were very helpful.
The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area.
We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. "
