"Everything was great until I opened the fridge and it wasn't even cold. We had just drove 5 hours and were relying on the refrigerator that was listed as one if the amenities. Upon calling the front desk, we were told there is an adjustment dial on the back of fridge. Okay cool, saving energy, makes sense. However the fridge never got cold after adjusting, and when checking out I was questioned why I didn't say anything else about it still not getting cold. Maybe because it was the middle of the night and didn't want to move rooms that late with my toddler and tons of stuff by myself. Super disappointed and now out $50 worth of food which as a single parent, is a lot."

"Just a stunning hotel. Everything is beautifully done, with incredible attention to detail. What I think is Venetian plaster on the walls, grand arches down all the first floor hallways, incredible and varied art on the walls, super kind and helpful staff and stunningly, beautifully maintained landscaping!"

"All good. Except there were no door hangers asking for privacy. Housekeep knocked three times in a 20 min period, though we said no to cleaning the room."

"Cleaning staff didn’t replace plastic cups over three days. Shower control was very awkward. Reading lights for beds required getting out of bed to turn on and off. Bedding was uncomfortable. Had to go to check in to get toilet paper. Check in staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered."

"Very nice hotel, and excellent staff, but two suggestions for improvement. First, I am a Hilton Honors Member and usually stay at the Homestead Inn in Paso, but we were meeting my brother and his wife who were Marriott Bonvoy members. I was surprised that there was not a buffet breakfast included, especially since the hotel is not located near a commercial area, like the Homestead Inn. Second, speaking as an older visitor, there should be a second bar in the shower for one to grab if necessary. The small one at the opposite end of the shower is insufficient."
