"Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Room was bigger than expected, clean and bed comfy. We were in room 32 which had lovely air con, which was really cold. "The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible , So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights ..."
