El hotel presenta vieja estructura, lo cual no esta mal si le dieran el mantenimiento adecuado. Lo malo es que el agua no llega con la adecuada presion a la ducha en la segunda planta del hotel, lo que tomar un baño fue demasiado difícil y se demoro bastante tiempo. El area del sanitario parecia que se estaba callendo, ya que el piso estaba quebrado y al estar en segunda planta, se inclino considerablemente hacia un lado. A la hora del desayuno, se tuvo que esperar 1 hora y media para que este se sirviera. El hotel menciona que se empieza a servir desde las 7 am hasta las 10 am, pero esto no es cierto. A parte de esto el personal de hotel es muy amable.

Cuando llegué al hotel me dieron la mala noticia de que todas la habitaciones estaban ocupadas. Un fin de semana temporada alta tuve que empezar a buscar una habitación de hotel en todo Puerto Viejo.

Stay away this property has not been kept up. There was a fire that destroyed an entire building and they reopened illegally after the city closed them. Expedia is still listing them BE CAREFUL and stay away!

Beautifully situated on the beach far enough from the chaos of downtown Puerto Viejo. The hotel has known better times. There seems to be little on-going maintenance. Room was dirty and not cleaned even after the first night of our two night stay.We used only the gust bathroom of Bottom sheet in master beroom had a stain where you would expect one. We were able to cannabalize a clean mattress and two clean sheets from the 3 beds as room service didn't seem to exist.

Cosy Hotel next to the beach

We first wanted to stay for only 2 nights but the decided to stay longer cause we liked it so much. Friendly owners, good breakfast, nice pool, wifi is only in the lobby + terrasse + pool area

En general no está mal.

Las cabinas y las áreas comunes muy bien, limpias y ordenadas aunque falta mantenimiento. El servicio por parte de los empleados no es malo pero podrían mejorar la atención. En general recomendable. Lo malo el desayuno no es muy bueno.

El hotel tiene mucho potencial, está frente al mar, tiene sillas en la playa, amplio parqueo y wifi. La comida es rica. Sin embargo sus instalaciones están descuidadas, la piscina estaba reeeee sucia y el servicio al cliente es apenas regular. Una lástima porque el lugar es bonito y aunque sí volvería, siento que podrían mejorar esos aspectos.

Buen hotel, zona tranquila.

El hotel posee una buena ubicación, lejos del ruido y el movimiento del centro de Puerto Viejo, ideal para pasar un rato cerca del mar y tranquilo. No cuenta con tv, así que puedes usar la imaginación para jugar billar, o ir al área acondicionada frente a la playa.

Definitivamente volvería

Realmente fue una gran experiencia!! Está ubicado en una zona increíble, la playa es apta para el baño y en auto están muy cerca los parques nacionales de Cahuita y Manzanillo. La habitación es muy acogedora y el desayuno excelente. Definitivamente volvería!!

Good value if you are on a budget

This hotel appears to be set up purely as a resort for the owners family and friends, and if they have guests then that is secondary. The family partied hard every night and while we are not averse to a party, there were other guests who weren't happy at all about the noise all night. There was a storm one night which brought down a power cable and put us in blackout for 12 hours and we had to go ask for candles as again they were only being provided to family. The accommodation was fine, although exposed wires in the shower were as little worrying, but the pool was welcome and the area is wonderful. It was good value for money.

Muy buena, Hotel con muchas facilidades para el disfrute de la estadía, frente a la playa tienen detalles como: sillas para asolearse y toldos que para la noche los encienden y pueden tener una bonita experiencia en la playa, poseen juegos de mesa como domino, ping pong, mesa villar, y para jugar dardos

Leider enttäuschend

Die Anlage an sich ist schön und wie beschrieben. Es ist alles schon in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war soweit i. O. Beim Gartenblick ist die Frage, wo der Garten sein soll? Direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein Zaun und davor ein schmaler, ungepflegter Streifen. Leider funktioniert das Internet nur an der Rezeption!!! Und die Selbstwäscherei gibt es nicht, dafür einen Service und der kostet stolze 10$ pro Person. Beim Check in sollten wir zusätzlich zur Buchung noch Tax bezahlen!
