"This falls under the category of a motel. Not only that it was raining during our stay and water was leaking from the roof. When we got back the clothes in my luggage were wet."

"MUY BUEN SERVICIO , TODO MUY LIMPIO Y AMPLIO,ES UN MUY VIEN SITIO PARA HOSPEDARSE!!!!"

"always happy to be back at The Ace"

"No hot water in the shower. Tried to turn on heater and it started the fire alarm. Had to turn it off. Reserved room for 3, but there were only two spots. Paid for rollaway bed at checkin and it was not delivered to the room. Called to ask for one after a long day and was informed there were no beds left. Pushed to get help and after some time one bed was found. Staff cancelled rollaway bed fee and told me to report issues on expedia because it would be the only way to get management attention....

"I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars! It was absolutely perfect. From all the small details, to comfort to convenience to friendly staff, this place has it all. If you like that”special” feel of a small boutique hotel, this one will not disappoint!"

"Why doesn’t my compensation work"

"This was a GREAT hotel. Less than one mile from the Palm Springs Airport. The staff was very helpful. They gave us a later check-out time at no charge. We were able to enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. The landscaping of the hotel was so BEAUTIFUL. The breakfast was amazing - it even included fresh pineapple. It felt like a luxury hotel! Free parking!"

"Excellent choice for Palm Springs visit. Good location excellent staff and nice touches like breakfast and drinks from the self serve kitchen."

"Excellent staff that always greeted us every time we came or left the property. They were always helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with great verities. My only complaint would be the bed mattresses needs replacing. I had trouble getting comfortable because the mattress would sink down and I felt like I was sinking or falling off the side. That being said, I would recommend the hotel for an excellent stay."

"Upon arrival we were greeted by an empty “lobby” that lacks a check in desk. After wandering around and waiting a while, I opened a door labeled laundry where a young woman was standing on the other side watching us from a monitor on her tablet. We called several times while trying to check in with no answer on the number listed. The pool and outdoor area were much dingier than pictured. The room was fine and the bed was reasonably comfortable. We did have to ask for towels each day as no one...

"Easy check in, very courteous staff, very clean, I will stay again. Expect to pay for parking per day. AC was on prior to room arrival."

"We loved our stay. Large room, great coffee and the location was close to everything! Love the flowers, courtyard/pool and view of the mountain! Will stay again!!"
